About Home Fitness Network
What is the Home Fitness Network?
Belgravia Health & Leisure Group have developed the Home Fitness Network to help all of our members stay healthy and fit during the closures of our facilities. The Home Fitness Network includes:
  • Weekly workouts and timetables, designed for all ages, fitness levels, goals and interests, including weight loss, strength and toning, high intensity, everyday movement and mindfulness.
  • Weekly kids and youth activities, designed for ages three months and above, to encourage movement and learning
  • Access to a nutrition portal, containing 150+ meal plans and endless recipes, designed by Michelle Bridges' 12-week Body Transformation team
  • Weekly health and fitness emails, to keep you in the fitness loop
  • Dedicated Spotify playlist, to keep you grooving whilst you’re moving
  • Direct call centre support, our team of experts are on-hand to answer any member questions
Why is it important to keep healthy now?
Regular exercise is a huge part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle throughout this unprecedented time, alongside following all recommended Government Department hygiene practices.
How long do I have to access the Home Fitness Network?
During this period of facility closure, we’ll keep Home Fitness Network open and available for all members and the wider community. When Belgravia Group has a clearer indication from the Government on the reopening of fitness facilities, you’ll receive an email outlining your Home Fitness Network and membership options.
Membership
Can non-members join the Home Fitness Network?
Yes! Any member of the community can join Home Fitness Network for just $7.50 per week by registering here.
My facility has closed due to CoVid-19. What can I now do to keep me healthy and fit?
You are in luck! Belgravia Group have developed the Home Fitness Network to help all of our members stay healthy and fit during the closures of our facilities. The Home Fitness Network includes weekly workouts Catering to all Fitness segments and fitness levels including

I am a member of a Belgravia Leisure, Genesis Health + Fitness, Coaching Zone, Ninja Parc, JUMP! Swim School, BK Gym & Swim. How do I get access?
You should have received an email introducing the Home Fitness Network. Within this email there should be a link you click to register your details. 1.    Register your details 2.    Choose the option that suits you best. 3.    Once you have chosen, you will be directed to your nominated access. 4.    You will need to select your facility / Club and complete registration 5.    You will be sent an email with an access code to the Home Fitness Network page 6.    Emails will be sent automatically to your home facility to change payment options. If you are a member and have not received an email, please contact us.
Where do I go if I need support with my existing membership?
A dedicated team will be available to members to support enquiries. The team will include registered EP’s and gym instructors, to provide expert advice & consultation. Contact via our contact us page (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm)
How do I change my membership TO Home Fitness Network?
Head to our ‘contact us’ form to express your interest! We will ensure someone from your facility reaches out within 24 hours to get you registered.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Your Home Fitness Network membership can be cancelled at any time with seven days' notice, by completing the form on our contact us page
I selected the wrong option when I signed up for Home Fitness Network. Can I change it?
Head over to contact us form and we'll get it fixed up for you asap.
User Access
When can I use the Home Fitness Network?
The Home Fitness Network portal is available 24/7 and can be used whenever you wish, whether you're a morning person or a night owl!
Where can I workout?
The beauty of Home Fitness Network is that you can workout from wherever, whenever! It’s been specially designed so that you can workout from the comfort of your own home.
Is Home Fitness Network accessible through my mobile device?
The Home Fitness Network will be optimised for desktop and mobile access
I have a pre-existing medical condition. Can I use Home Fitness Network?
We advise that you seek medical advice before completing any workouts on Home Fitness Network.
Do I have to log-in, each time I want to workout?
Yes if you are using the full access version of the Home Fitness Network. You can do so by entering the Home Fitness Network website and click the Log In tab.  You are not required to log in for the free access. Simply save the link to the Free Portal page to your preferred browser and start exercising!
I can't access the Nutrition portal. What do I do?
If you are a new user to the nutrition portal, please use the code provided in your welcome email to log in for the first time. Once you’ve logged in, you will be prompted to create your own unique password. Moving forward, go directly to https://nutrition.genesisfitness.com.au and use your newly created password to login. If you have accessed the nutritional portal at any time in the past and are having issues logging in, please complete a ‘forgot password’ on the login screen and create a new password. You will then be able to access the portal following the steps outlined above.
Why isn't my access code working?
Please check your email inbox for login details for the new Home Fitness Network website.

Can I stream Home Fitness Network workouts to my TV?
Yes! It’s easy to stream our workouts to your TV. Please click the below links for directions on how to stream via Google Chromecast or Apple TV. The  videos will automatically come up with the logo in the corner of the screen to show that there is a streaming option available. Press either the Chromecast or Apple icon to start casting via your TV, refer to the following instructions if you require any additional details for set up: Chromecast  Apple TV Videos can also be streamed from a laptop by connecting your laptop to your TV using a HDMI cord.
My User Access has changed. How do I log-in through the NEW website?

Inclusions, Classes & Programs
How many new videos & workouts are available each week?
The Home Fitness Network will be updated weekly and will have workouts organised into segments/ class type such as Group Fitness, Strength and Tone, Wellness, High Intensity, Kids/Youth, Older Adults. You can expect a minimum of 10 NEW workouts per week, plus new programs and activities added every other week.
What type of classes, workouts & programs are available?
The Home Fitness Network, is a collaborative online platform, developed in conjunction with the Belgravia Group family – Belgravia Leisure, Genesis Health & Fitness, Coaching Zone, Ninja Parc, JUMP! Swim Schools, BKs Gym & Swim. We have also developed freestyle classes to cater to ALL of our membership database. Types of programs currently include: • Group Fitness • Strength and Tone • Wellness • High Intensity • Kids, Youth & the young at heart • Older Adults
Do you offer virtual Personal Training sessions?
Not just yet, however it’s something we’re working on. #WatchThisSpace
Can I do these programs if I am pregnant?
It’s important to maintain exercise during pregnancy. Home Fitness Network has workout videos specifically for pregnancy and new mums; however, we recommend you speak with your doctor before you perform any of these workouts.
Live Classes
I want to join a Home Fitness Live class; how do I get started?
As a member, log into the Home Fitness Network Customer Portal and navigate to our live classes timetable and choose your favourite class or try something new! Not a member? Join the Home Fitness Network now for only $7.50 per week here
How many live classes will there be each week?
We will have over 25 classes each week
What types of live classes will be available?
We have range of classes for you to choose from including; • Freestyle Pump (BodyBlitz) • BootyHIIT • Cycle • Core & Tone • Barre • Yoga • Pilates • Tabata • Coaching Zone Tasters • Zumba • Older Adults • Plus many more
I am new to group fitness classes are there suitable classes for beginners?
Yes, we have a range of classes for all age groups and ability levels.
Where do I download the Zoom App?

I am encountering issues with logging into the Zoom Live Classes?
Please reach out to our support team via our contact us page and one of the team will contact you asap to get you set up and logged in for your next live class.
Can I Chromecast or use Apple TV to screen live classes via TV?
Zoom is not currently supported to access via Chromecast or view via Apple TV onto your TV screen. Alternatively, you can connect your computer laptop to your TV by plugging in a HDMI cord into the output on your computer and to the input on your TV. Choose the correct input on your TV through your menu with your remote control. Once this is connected. Click on the zoom link for the session. You may be prompted to download app via your website browser if this is the first time accessing zoom. Read more about downloading Zoom here

When my facility / Club reopens, will the Home Fitness Network still be available?
